David Hill has more than fifteen years of real estate sales and marketing experience and is recognized in the local business community as “A Trusted Professional” who practices honesty and integrity while successfully meeting the needs of his clients. He has an extensive knowledge of the Vacation and Long-Term rental markets which lends a unique perspective to aid those buying and selling real estate in the Hilton Head Island and surrounding Low Country. Originally from Cincinnati, Ohio, David and his wife Linda made the decision in 1996 to leave the hustle and bustle of the Baltimore/Washington Area and move south to their favorite vacation destination of Hilton Head Island. They reside in Hilton Head Plantation and have two sons Alexander and Evan. David also enjoys giving back to this wonderful community he proudly calls home. He currently serves as a member of the Low Country Alliance for Healthy Youth and has also served as a deacon, elder and committee member at his local church. He has also served as a member of the Board of Directors, Booster Club and Basketball Coach at Hilton Head Christian Academy and is a supporter of Fellowship of Christian Athletes and Young Life.
