Hilton Head Island, SC, February 2016 – Charter One Realty has announced that Kelly Beine has been named Chief Operations Officer. Kelly, who has more than 23 years of experience in the local real estate industry and joined Charter One Realty in 2009, previously served as Internet Communication Center Coordinator and Closing Coordinator for the agency.
As Chief Operations Officer, Kelly will be overseeing Human Resources, Project Management and day-to-day-operations for all 11 locations of Charter One Realty throughout Hilton Head Island and the Lowcountry. She will be working out of the company’s Hilton Head Island office at 11 Park Lane, and managing all operations and human resources for the agency, which has grown to 129 full-time real estate sales professionals.
Kelly has been an integral part of the local real estate industry since moving to Hilton Head in 1993, where she began her career working with a longtime local builder, and has played an instrumental role in the growth of Charter One Realty. Originally from St. Louis, Kelly moved to Hilton Head Island with her husband Rob and daughter, now a Freshman at Winthrop University and son, currently a 6th grader at River Ridge Academy.
