HILTON HEAD ISLAND, SC, August 2017 –Charter One Realty is pleased to announce that Lynn Shealy has joined the company at their South office located at 5 Park Lane on Hilton Head Island, SC.  Lynn joins Herman & Davis Properties as a Licensed Executive Assistant, honing in on the Bluffton and Hilton Head markets.

A native of Washington, Georgia, Lynn’s career began in the commercial loan department of Athens First Bank before moving to Bluffton, SC in 2005. Lynn and her family were frequent visitors to Hilton Head over the 15 years prior to relocating but their desire to join the family business, a remodeling and construction company, was the ultimate motivator. Shortly after moving to the area Lynn earned her Real Estate License and joined a privately-owned vacation rental company. For 6 years Lynn worked in property management with her eyes set on listing, marketing and selling homes.

As a part of the Charter One Realty South office, Lynn offers a unique combination of business and marketing expertise, with strong connections in the community.  Lynn is dedicated to ensuring a seamless home sale process and to helping the clients of Herman & Davis Properties perfectly match their property to their lifestyle.
