Established Local Real Estate Professional Joins Charter One Realty

Phil Porter has joined Charter One Realty as a Broker Associate and will partner with long-time local REALTOR, Brad Wilson to form the Wilson-Porter Team.  Phil will be working with Brad out of the north office of Charter One Realty which is located near the front gate of Hilton Head Plantation on Main Street.  With over 55 years of combined real estate experience, the Wilson-Porter team has the knowledge, experience, and professionalism to help navigate their existing and new friends and clients through all aspects of the real estate market in the Hilton Head Island Lowcountry. Brad states, “I’m extremely excited about Phil teaming up with me. His expertise, work ethic, and compassion for his clients’ best interests are remarkable!”

Phil has been an active member of the Hilton Head Island community since 1979. Becoming a licensed REALTOR in 1999, he quickly earned his Broker’s license, Accredited Buyer’s Representative designation, and completed extensive studies to become a member of the Graduate Realtor Institute.
