Alec Smith is absolutely amazing to deal with and should be your only choice for Lowcountry real estate. I worked with him for almost two years before we finally found a property and he was never impatient or pushy. He worked very hard to find me exactly what I was looking for even though it wasn't a really large real estate purchase. Working with Sabrina was the highlight of my moving experience. We recently purchased a home in Hilton Head Island. We are moving from out of state so that presented its own set of problems. The transaction couldn’t have gone smoother. Shelley and Gary were nothing but the utmost professional individuals from the moment we were introduced to them. We were referred to them through another agent with no first-hand knowledge of their track record. We could not have gotten any luckier, especially since we were purchasing through a builder and almost decided not to use an agent. When it came time to sell our property we did our research and interviewed multiple top agents. Andy Reed at the Reed Team has helped me with 3 properties since I have been buying property in Hilton Head. The first one was when we wanted to sell our property in Sea Pines to build another house. Andy did a fantastic job of determining what we needed to do- to sell the house and then how the house would best show. Small things to us as buyers, but only items that a “Good Realtor” would know: some of the things Andy helped us with: “cut some limbs so you can see the house better” “Power-wash the house so it is clean” Things that to a seller, we really didn’t notice, but to someone, like Andy – he knew what it would take to sell the house! Our house sold in about 3 weeks! Man we were surprised! Then on to the building process, that Andy helped us find a builder and helped us review the floor plan to determine the best house we could build (by the way he wasn’t even making a commission). Although, I guess Andy knows how to keep a customer – because since Andy had helped us so much on the last sell, we asked him to be our Realtor on a purchase we made in order to live – until our house was built.
