We decided to check out the real estate market in Berkeley Hall, where we were currently living, and called the Delchers about a listed home. We chose the Delchers because of their fine reputation in the real estate market in our area. However, that particular home did not turn out to be the home for us. We did not need to move, so we told Duke and Linda we only wanted something we fell in love with. They called a few weeks later and said they'd found the perfect house for us .......and it was! We're now the proud new owners of that property. Next came the sale of our current home. Linda and Duke were so helpful. Their marketing strategies were terrific.
