When it came time to sell our property we did our research and interviewed multiple top agents. Add common sense and a 24/7 drive to get deals and get ‘em done—experience counts and you’d be lucky to have him and his wonderful associate Mary Stuedemann in your corner. Our home got a lot of views and James was very skillful in negotiating a great purchase offer for us. Unfortunately the house needed new pipes which caused delays and there were complications about the survey. Each of these could have derailed the deal but James used great tact and called upon his career’s worth of contacts to move the two big issues forward. He kept us informed every step of the way. We’re convinced a less experienced and less connected agent would not have held it together to closing.

Shelley and Gary were nothing but the utmost professional individuals from the moment we were introduced to them. We were referred to them through another agent with no first-hand knowledge of their track record. We could not have gotten any luckier, especially since we were purchasing through a builder and almost decided not to use an agent. Shelley and Gary were patient, consultative and two people we could rely on through an extremely unpleasant homebuilding experience. They remained a calming force when we were issued threats of contract cancellation by the builder to continued shared disappointment and empathy in a process that conversations often included "We've never seen/dealt with anything like this".
