We started a search for Hilton Head properties a few months ago when we were connected to Daniel and Deb Cort. When I spoke to Daniel he listened to exactly what I was looking for and what I wanted to do. He offered up his suggestions as a friend would when helping you to make a decision. My wife and I immediately felt very comfortable with his tremendous knowledge of the Island and the best places to look. He was able to walk us through properties while we were in FL and his attention to detail was amazing as we bought a property without actually walking through it. We were able to do this because of the trust and faith we quickly put in him and his team. When we started the process of the offer and negotiation, his wife Deb took over and her attention to detail and follow up was AMAZING. Again, we were doing this from 4 hours away and needed someone to represent us as they would a family member. That is truly what they have become to us. We then got a number of suggestions from them on handymen and rental agents and they have all been spot on. I cant give enough of a 5 star rating here as I would love to give more. They treated us like family and when you are making a large purchase it can be overwhelming. They truly went the extra mile to do more than asked!

I don't even know how to begin reviewing the experience my wife and I had with Linda as our realtor. If I could give 10 stars, I would! She's that good. Throughout the buying process, she was always there to text or call. There was no such thing as a stupid question. (And we had a bunch of them...) They were all answered. She was such a fantastic communications bridge between us, the listing agent, our attorney, and the HOA. My wife and I highly recommend Linda. We have every confidence that you will be pleased with the detailed service she will render you. We were so lucky we found her. She's the first friend we've made in our new neighborhood and we will remain in touch with her. She told us to call anytime if we need a recommendation. We will.
