After graduating from Hilton Head High School, Andy attended Virginia Tech, where he played Division I basketball before earning his degree in 1994. He began his professional career in stock brokerage and banking before returning to Hilton Head Island in 1997 to pursue his passion for real estate.
Since then, Andy has closed more than $355 million in real estate sales and has become one of the area's most respected real estate professionals. In 2014, he became an owner of Charter One Realty, further strengthening his commitment to serving clients and supporting one of the Lowcountry's most successful independent real estate companies.

There are three things we especially liked about dealing with the Reed Team; first, they would tell us exactly how they felt about a property, and actually steered us away from some we liked.
