Barry began his career in real estate with Long & Foster Realty in Virginia in 2008 as a licensed salesperson and member of the Dulles Area Association of Realtors (DAAR). He is based out of Charter One’s Berkeley Hall office in Bluffton. Barry's professional career includes teaching public school for 6 years, a 34 year career as an information technology consultant, and 6 years as a real estate agent.
Barry Fiebert grew up and received his education and college degree in New York, but spent 38 years living in Northern Virginia where he raised his three children before moving to the Lowcountry of South Carolina.
While vacationing in Savannah, Barry and his wife of 34 years, decided to spend the day at the beach at Hilton Head. Driving through the tree covered roads draped with Spanish moss and the beautifully landscaped community entrances, Barry and Donna felt an immediate attraction to the Lowcountry. They headed back north to Virginia, but the tug of the Lowcountry had them return a few short months later. It was here in Bluffton where they bought a lakefront lot and built their home in Hampton Lake, one of the many outstanding communities in the Bluffton/Hilton Head area.
Barry enjoys many activities including kayaking, hiking, biking, golfing, traveling, skiing, tooling around in his workshop, and relaxing at the beach or pool. Barry has traveled extensively throughout the world, including visiting all 50 states of America, and decided to move to the Lowcountry because of its beauty and charm, the friendliness of everyone who lives and works here, the weather, and of course the water and golf.
