Chip has always been known as a fierce competitor, which also drives his approach towards real estate – always striving to get the best results for his clients, no matter who they are or what their needs may be.

A true native to Hilton Head Island, Chip went to Hilton Head Christian Academy and can be found in their athletic Hall of Fame, a reflection of his scores on the fairway as an avid golfer.

After attending Wheaton College in business and economics, Chip graduated as a four-year letterman, equipped with the knowledge to drive his career forward.

It was after years in New York City working for major brands (like Viacom, Bank of America, and Apple), that Chip came home to Hilton Head to grow both his family and his career.

With over 10 years of professional experience, Chip’s dedication to his work helps his clients get more in many avenues. His goal is for them to make the most of the Lowcountry, while making better investments and better moves resulting in a better quality of life.

When he’s not working, you’ll likely see him at the beach with his wife Madalyn, daughters Reagan and Alice, and his two sons, Hil and Banks.
