Born and raised in Northern California, Courtney received her bachelor's degree from California State University Sacramento in Real Estate and Land Use, and has since been involved in the Real Estate industry for over 10 years. She has worked in both commercial and residential real estate across the country giving her a unique perspective and expertise to offer her clients. Immediately prior to her transition to Charter One Realty, she was the Online Sales Director for Hampton Lake, a local development that was named "Best Community in America" and hopes to build upon that success and focus on helping her clients achieve their individual real estate goals.
Courtney is joining the Lowcountry Specialists Team with Rich Reed, one of Charter One's owners, who has over 20 years of experience in the Hilton Head/Bluffton/Beaufort markets.
Courtney originally relocated to the Lowcountry in 2013 when her husband, Grayson, was stationed at Hunter Army Airfield in Savannah. While his military contract has been fulfilled, they have fallen in love with the people and character of the area and have chosen to make Bluffton their permanent residence. They live here with their two daughters, Harper and Hudsynn, and are looking forward to watching them grow along side a thriving community!
