A native of Greenville, SC and a 1994 graduate of Furman University, I made the move to the Lowcountry in 1996 to pursue a career in golf club management. After 18 months as Operations Manager for Club Corp's Golden Bear Golf Club at Indigo Run, I decided to shift my career focus toward the real estate industry. In 1998 I began working with RPI Media as a sales consultant and territory manager. RPI is an integrated media firm that specializes in helping developer/builders from the south to reach and engage buyer prospects originating in the northeast/midwest. In my 16 year tenure with RPI, I worked with over 250 master planned communities and national builders and our company helped them generate over a billion dollars in sales during that time. Additionally, I helped produce over 150 retirement expo's and have extensive experience working directly with baby boomer retiree prospects. In 2012, my wife Debbie and I adopted a precious baby girl, Lilyanna Eden. Desiring to be closer to my family, I made the decision to take a developer sales position at Hilton Head Lakes in Hardeeville, SC. After 17 successful months in developer sales, Charter One and the Charles Sampson Real Estate Group offered Debbie and I an opportunity we could not pass up. Combined, Debbie and I have lived in the lowcountry for 35 years and have 40+ years of sales, marketing, builder, television, radio and management experience. Partnering with Charles Sampson and Charter One Realty solidifies a winning team that strives to exceed customer expectations by ALWAYS putting their needs first. Debbie and I met during a community theater production in 2005 and remain very active in theater today. It has been a joy and thrill to watch our daughter gravitate toward the stage along with us. A golf enthusiast and former collegiate player, I was offered the opportunity to host a local golf show in 2012. From that, I moved into a local radio commentary position for the PGA tour's RBC Heritage. I absolutely love being "inside the ropes" each spring to witness how much the best players in the world enjoy the island. So whether its community theater, golf, church involvement, charitable organizations, community events, school productions , etc., our family stays quite busy. Our lives are full and rich and we are surrounded by natural beauty and amazing people. We are passionate about where we live and there is no greater satisfaction than to share that with our clients.
