With more than 25 years of real estate experience, Jack Menzie brings seasoned insight, steady guidance, and true professionalism to every client relationship. Since entering the real estate industry in 1998, Jack has worked at both the national corporate level and in hands-on residential markets, giving him a well-rounded perspective that benefits buyers and sellers alike.
Jack began his career managing a national real estate franchise organization for Cendant, now Realogy Corporation, overseeing operations at both the regional and national levels. After retiring from the corporate world in 2002, Jack and his wife, Melina, relocated to Vermont, where they owned and operated a country market in the historic theater town of Weston. Eventually, warmer weather called, and the couple headed south to eastern North Carolina, where Jack returned to residential real estate with Coldwell Banker in Washington, North Carolina.
Over the next seven years, Jack helped buyers and sellers successfully navigate the market before returning to Vermont to be closer to family. There, he continued his real estate career with Sotheby’s International Realty in the Okemo Mountain area, further refining his expertise in second-home and lifestyle-driven markets.
Having vacationed on Hilton Head Island for many years, Jack and Melina ultimately chose Bluffton as their full-time home. Today, Jack proudly serves clients throughout Bluffton, Hilton Head Island, and the surrounding Lowcountry, helping them find the right home while enjoying the coastal lifestyle that first drew him to the area.
Active in the community, Jack is involved with Rotary and the Knights of Columbus and is proud to be part of Charter One Realty. When he’s not working with clients, you’ll find him staying active at the gym, working outdoors, golfing, wine tasting, and enjoying time with family and friends in the Lowcountry.
