Jennifer Johnson was born at the Nellis Air Force Base near Las Vegas, Nevada where her father was in the Air Force. Although born in Nevada, she has called Georgia home since she was a young girl. Jennifer recently joined Charter One Realty in December of 2022.
Jennifer has a passion for helping homebuyers and actively listens to her clients’ needs to identify their ideal property. Her knowledge of the new construction process as well as her strong contract and negotiation skills makes her an ideal real estate representative. Listings are Jennifer’s specialty as her staging skills and background in digital design and marketing ensure every listing is camera ready. Jennifer also specializes in videography and oversees video production for all her listings.
Previously, Jennifer was Community Sales Manager and Listing Specialist for a regional builder and earned the builder’s Circle of Excellence Award. After three years in new construction, Jennifer joined the Savannah Quarters developer sales team. During her time at Savannah Quarters, she sold developer homesites, new construction, and resale homes.
Since the beginning of her career in January 2017, Jennifer has sold nearly $60 million in real estate. Jennifer has received numerous awards and has been the winner of the HBA Sales and Marketing Council’s On-site Gold Agent of the Year, Silver, Gold, and Platinum Citation awards. Jennifer is a member of the Distinguished Sales Society, National Association of REALTORS®, the Georgia Association of REALTORS®, Savannah Area REALTORS®, and the Savannah Multi-list Corporation.
Jennifer graduated with a B.A. in Communication and Media Studies and a Minor in Music from Columbia College in South Carolina. Prior to working in real estate, Jennifer also worked in human resources, government affairs, digital marketing, and media relations.
In her free time, Jennifer enjoys spending time with her husband and two children. She is also a musician and enjoys her musical hobbies which include singing, writing songs, digital music composition, and playing the piano.
