Katie’s experience will give Clients & Customers the best of both worlds, having consistently been a Top Producing Realtor and having innate, local knowledge of Beaufort County and the surrounding areas and special qualities that make Lowcountry-Living one of the most desired ways of life. Katie is also a certified South Carolina Master Naturalist, a volunteer position that ensures Katie stays up to date on information to help educate clients about the nature of our geographical area and how to preserve it.
Katie is in her 8th Year as a Full-Time Realtor, selling over $50 million dollars of inventory in our market in the past 3 years alone, and has consistently been in the Top 20s in Rankings by Sales Volume by Realtors of the Beaufort MLS system. Katie is in the top 7.5% of ALL Beaufort County Realtors, and was recognized by her peers in 2022 as an outstanding “Lowcountry Real Producer” in a local publication.

In the Lowcountry, she has lived in Lady’s Island, Charleston, Bluffton, Port Royal, and the City of Beaufort - giving her great perspective to help both Buyers & Sellers understand all the mini-markets and what it is like to live in different areas of the Lowcountry.

Katie Gambla is from Beaufort, SC and has been a familiar face to Beaufort residents for several years. Katie is a 12-year alumna of Beaufort Academy and graduated from the University of South Carolina. In her free time, she loves to spoil her dogs, be outside and on the water, attempt to be a yoga guru, support her favorite local non-profits – Hopeful Horizons & Palmetto Animal League, and spend time with her boyfriend, family, & friends.
