Originally from Macon, Georgia, Monica Davis graduated from the University of Georgia in 1988. After 10 years in sales and marketing, Monica joined Charter One Realty in 1998 to list and sell real estate. In 2004, Monica co-founded a unique "boutique" real estate company that quickly became one of the premier brokerage firms on Hilton Head Island with just 8 agents!
