With nearly 20 years in the profession, Paul has had the opportunity to help hundreds of buyers and sellers in both SC and FL. He began his Real Estate career in his hometown of Tampa.
For seven years, he was the primary REO listing agent for a $2.3 billion dollar credit union. In 2014, Paul decided to leave FL and move his family to the Lowcountry, where his wife and assistant, Heather, grew up.
Paul has gained a deep knowledge of the various communities, builders, and markets of Bluffton, Hilton Head, and the surrounding area. He holds multiple credentials that give him strength representing buyers or sellers. As a Buyer’s Agent, he evaluates his client’s needs/wants list, and matches that information with the best community and home solution for his folks. For those planning to build, Paul brings experience working with both custom and national home builders. As a Seller’s Agent, Paul uses an array of valuation tools to accurately price a home for market. He keeps close watch on changing market conditions that could affect his client’s position.
