Originally from Haddonfield, New Jersey, David came to visit his parents for a two-week visit in 1983 and never left. He fell in love with the lifestyle, the people and the beauty that we call home. He and his wife, Suzanne, have been Sea Pines Plantation residents since 1989 and enjoy the many features that this beautiful community has to offer. They are both avid boaters, fishermen, gardeners, and adventure travelers. David has been both a broker and real estate appraiser on Hilton Head Island and in the surrounding Lowcountry since 1984. He has owned a real estate appraisal firm on Hilton Head Island since 1984 and has appraised more than $3 Billion Dollars of real estate in his Lowcountry career. He also has real estate development, residential/commercial property management, and regime management experience which can provide valuable market insight to the first time home buyer as well as the real estate investor.
