Hilton Head Island Real Estate Update - July 2019 

Hello Friends!

We're bringing you the latest updates on the Hilton Head and Bluffton real estate market through July 2019. Grab a seat! Here's what we're covering:

For the 12 months spanning August 2018 through July 2019, pending sales in the Hilton Head region were up 4.5 percent overall and the median sales price was up 3.2 percent. Market-wide, inventory levels were up 0.4 percent equating to 5.0 months supply for single-family homes and 4.7 months supply for condos.
