John has an extensive background in commercial/residential development, land acquisition, and has been assisting commercial buyers and sellers since 2012. His background in site selection, contract negotiations, competitive market analysis, and due diligence has proven to be an asset to his clients. John is licensed in both South Carolina and Georgia.
Sheree began her real estate career in Charlottesville, VA by working with a local developer and later joining Lincoln Property Company in Washington, D.C. After relocating to the Lowcountry in 2003, she resumed her career in real estate with Sotheby’s International Realty. Sheree later started her own brokerage and became the Broker-in-Charge of Calhoun Street Promenade Real Estate. During the past 10 years, she has assisted both commercial & residential buyers and sellers. Sheree is grounded in the luxury real estate market and has listed and sold numerous waterfront and luxury properties throughout South Carolina and Georgia. Sheree is licensed in both South Carolina and Georgia.
