Gail comes to Charter One Realty after a successful career with a national real estate brokerage in the Lowcountry.  Gail has a decade of experience in the real estate industry, and she has consistently been ranked among the top producing agents in the area. As a Lowcountry resident for more than 24 years and living in communities such as Colleton River, Windmill Harbour, Oldfield, Sun City and Indigo Run, Gail has a comprehensive knowledge the local neighborhoods and an understanding of what to look for when buying or selling real estate on Hilton Head Island and the Mainland.
