HILTON HEAD ISLAND, SC, February 2016 – Charter One Realty is pleased to announce that Daniel Cort has joined the company at their North office located at 81 Main Street on Hilton Head Island, SC.  Daniel joins over 129 top producing real estate professionals at Charter One Realty, Hilton Head Island and the Lowcountry’s sales volume leader in real estate.  

A native of Greenville, SC and a graduate of Furman University, Daniel made the move to the Lowcountry in 1996.  Daniel has nearly 20 years’ experience in the real estate industry.  For 17 years, he worked for RPI Media, an integrated media firm that specializes in helping developer/builders from the South to reach and engage buyer/prospects originating in the Northeast and Midwest.  Daniel has worked with over 250 master-planned communities, many of which are located in the Lowcountry of South Carolina and Georgia.  Additionally, he has helped produce over 150 retirement expos in major metros throughout the Northeast and has extensive experience working directly with “baby boomer” retiree prospects. Daniel took a developer sales position at Hilton Head Lakes in Hardeeville, SC in early 2014 and now joins his wife Debbie as a member of the Charles Sampson Real Estate Group of Charter One Realty. Daniel and Debbie will also brand themselves as the Cort Real Estate Professionals within the Sampson Group.
