It’s the most wonderful time of the year with seasonal events in Bluffton, HHI and Beaufort popping up everywhere you look. The weather is beautiful, humidity is down and the roadways have emptied of summer beach traffic!
With Fall in full swing, it’s time to bring on family, holiday feasting, shopping and of course, tons of great events. So what’s there to do around our beautiful Lowcountry in the coming months? We’re so glad you asked!

Fall Events: Food and Fun
From one end of the Lowcountry to the other, you can enjoy fall dining and festive events in any of dozens of our area’s great restaurants and venues. Casually enjoy some football or don your finest attire for elegant dinners by the sea. Here’s what’s coming up:
Taste of the Season from Hilton Head Chamber of Commerce: December 6th
For 30 years this delectable Chamber event has brought together the finest restaurants and local chefs to serve their signature dishes and dazzle our taste buds with new recipes.
Sip your favorite cocktail while strolling the silent auction and enjoy food from more than 50 restaurants, all in one place! Enjoy some of the best of Lowcountry cuisine, flowing drinks and a gorgeous evening under the stars. This event is always a sellout so get your tickets early.

Palmetto Bluff Buffalo Run: December 15th
Explore the unspoiled natural beauty of the Lowcountry in Palmetto Bluff's sixth annual Buffalo Run! This trail race traverses the vast 20,000 acres of the property. Test your endurance and choose from a 10K, 30K or 50K trail run through the wild backwoods of Palmetto Bluff. Or, grab your running buddies and make a relay team for the 30K or 50K races.
$25 of each registration will benefit the Palmetto Bluff Conservancy, a 501(c)(3) non-profit organization. The Conservancy ensures the spectacular ecology and diverse environments of the community will be enjoyed by many for years to come.
After the Buffalo Run, stick around for live music and delicious food compliments of Montage Palmetto Bluff. Awards are given to the overall male and female finishers in each race.

Main Street Youth Theatre Presents Godspell: November 13th - 24th
Local actors and aspiring stars present this musical story of the life of Jesus Christ through song, dance, humor, and story-telling all depicting Jesus’ life and his message of joy and tolerance.

Hilton Head Symphony Orchestra: November 17th & 18th
In its 38th season, the Hilton Head Symphony orchestra presents classical music from famed composers Rachmaninoff & Franck to make your heart soar. Enjoy John Morris Russell, Conductor and Eric Zuber, Piano who will delight you with RACHMANINOFF – Piano Concerto No. 3 and FRANCK – Symphony in D minor. Pre-Concert talk will begin one hour before the concert.

Broadway “Live” in the Lowcountry: December 4th - 29th
Live theatre is a fall tradition. The Arts Center of Coastal Carolina brings us a production of the revived Broadway musical, “Kiss Me Kate.” Cole Porter tunes combined with fabulous dance depicts the story of quarreling show co-stars, formally a husband and wife, arguing on and off stage, in musical style.

Cinema Under The Stars: November 8th, 15th & 22nd
Friday night brings out the stars for holiday movie night at Tanger 2 Outlet center. Bring your blankets, chairs and holiday spirit to sit on the lawn and view classic holiday films.
