It would be impossible for an ice cream lover to walk past Frozen Moo and not be intrigued to enter. This Hilton Head ice cream shop is located a few blocks from the beach in Coligny Plaza Shopping Center. Visitors of all ages will find a frozen treat to enjoy with over 90 flavors to choose from.

The Ice Cream Cone has something sweet that will hit the spot. This shop was established in 1971 and their ice cream flavors range from traditional to modern-day kid pleasers. The staff makes waffle cones and bowls and offers soft serve, banana splits, and ice cream cookie sandwiches, perfect for a to-go summer treat.

The Hilton Head Ice Cream spot is an ice cream shop that’s been around for decades and focuses on making their ice cream the best you can eat! They switch out quality flavors often, so if you are looking for something new, check the menu when you visit.

    • Hours: Daily: 12 pm - 10 pm

For gelato and coffee lovers, check out Nonna Marie’s Gelato, where you’ll find delicious gelato, coffee, and more. The shop is located in Village at Wexford, offering a comfortable spot to cool off and enjoy booze-filled frozen gelato after dinner. Nonna Marie’s also offers dairy-ice cream (Sorbetto), gluten-free and sugar-free options, there is a treat available for everyone!

Bluffton Ice Cream Shops

If you want a little bit of everything, check out Mameem & Maudie for ice cream and frozen treats! The retail shop in Beaufort is a nice space to cool off and enjoy sifting through Lowcountry gifts and treasures. Bluffton’s Crabby Corner has an outdoor space to enjoy cold treats and play games.

What’s the best way to pair your afternoon pick-me-up? Make it a float with coffee, soda, or beer! That’s what you will find at Joe’s Ice Cream & Beverage Co. And if you want to take the fun home with you, grab a pint of ice cream before you leave. Gluten-free ice cream cones are available, as well as Boozy Shakes and Wine Shakes with specialty ice cream!

We love it when you support local, but we’d be remiss not to mention there is a fan-favorite - Ben & Jerry’s - located at Bluffton Promenade. They offer catering at events if you need a big order - they could be your go-to spot for event-size ice cream needs.
