Getting to the 2016 RBC Heritage just got a little easier. The Town of Hilton Head Island, Coligny Plaza and the RBC Heritage partnered together to create an alternative option for shuttle service into Harbour Town. When the RBC Heritage begins on April 11, 2016, tournament spectators will be able to board a new shuttle service located at Coligny’s Beach parking lot and it will take them into the heart of Harbour Town.  

This complementary shuttle service will provide golf fans quick and easy entry to the tournament. Service will run on a regular basis between 6:30 am and 9:30 pm throughout the tournament dates. An Atlanta-based investment management group has proposed to add 30 residential units in a well-known office building on Hilton Head Island.

Cygnus Capital Real Estate Advisors has their eyes on the Courtyard Building located at 32 Office Park Road, directly across from Park Plaza. The Atlanta-based investment management group is proposing to convert the 35 office condos into 30 residential apartments. The first level will remain office/retail space with the second and third floors solely residential.
