Charter One Realty Donation Helping to Support the Building of the “Neighborhood with a Purpose” Development to Help Individuals with Disabilities and their Families

Bluffton, South Carolina, January 2016 -- Charter One Realty presented Osprey Village with a check for $15,000 to help the organization turn into a reality its vision for a “Neighborhood with a Purpose”. The money will help Osprey Village develop an inclusive residential community for adults with developmental disabilities. The organization recently announced the community would be developed near Buckwalter Place in Bluffton where the initial construction phase is scheduled to begin in late 2016 or early 2017.

Recently the Town of Hilton Head Island was awarded the Gold Level Bike Friendly Community by the League of American Bicyclists. Buyers are listening when we say “Come for a Visit and Stay for a Lifetime!”  A few good examples of this are the fact that real estate home sales on Hilton Head Island in 2015 are 8% higher than the first 6 months of 2014.  The second example is the fact that the need for a new telephone area code for the eastern 1/3 of South Carolina, the coastal area from North Carolina to Hilton Head Island.
