HILTON HEAD, SC, July 2018 – The Wedgeworth Team of Charter One Realty, was named one of America's most productive sales teams as part of Real Trends America's Best Real Estate Agents, in the newly issued ranking report sponsored by Adwerx. In addition to being ranked as one of “America’s Best Real Estate Professionals,” The Wedgeworth Team ranked third in the state of South Carolina based on sales volume in 2017. The number one and two ranked teams consisted of more than 30 agents each, while The Wedgeworth Team obtained their success with only four agents. REAL Trends ranked nearly 14,000 U.S. real estate professionals from every state based on their real estate sales during 2017. To qualify for inclusion in America’s Best Real Estate Professionals, teams must have closed at least 75 transactions sides or $30 million in closed sales volume in 2017. All production numbers are independently verified by a third-party to ensure accuracy and report integrity.

The individuals ranked in America’s Best Real Estate Agents had an average of 73.88 transaction sides and an average sales volume of almost $38 million. “The average residential real estate agent in the United States closed 8.0 transactions in 2017 and had less than $1.3 million in sales,” said Murray. Teams ranked in America’s Best Real Estate Agents had an average of 147.4 sides and an average sales volume a little over $62 million. This ensures that only the best of the best are included on the prestigious list.
