Our relationship with Monica and her team spans 20 years, comprised of buying and selling an oceanfront villa and penthouse and finally buying the oceanfront forever home of our dreams! Our experience with the Delchers in buying a new home and then selling ours was terrific! We decided to check out the real estate market in Berkeley Hall, where we were currently living, and called the Delchers about a listed home. We chose the Delchers because of their fine reputation in the real estate market in our area. However, that particular home did not turn out to be the home for us. We did not need to move, so we told Duke and Linda we only wanted something we fell in love with.
They called a few weeks later and said they’d found the perfect house for us .......and it was! We’re now the proud new owners of that property.
Next came the sale of our current home. Linda and Duke were so helpful. Their marketing strategies were terrific. They made a lovely brochure featuring the various rooms and amenities of our home. A number of agents showed our home, and within a short time we had an offer.
Linda also was very helpful in guiding us through the closing process, the property inspections, and finding us a move manager who also found us a mover. Once the ball was rolling, the whole process was seamless!

I had a great experience with Tom. Back in June I put my house on the market and I needed to find my forever home, but due to the pandemic I was very nervous. In my experience, agents representing the home seller often have to wear many hats but most of all have to be connected to the market – Drew Butler is certainly connected to Indigo Run. We hired Drew, and he earned every cent of his commission – and then some. I was selling my mother’s house long distance on her behalf. It had a couple of challenges that required many showings to get a handful of offers. The first contract fell through. My mother unexpectedly passed away after the second contract was signed, but before the closing, leaving the deal in limbo. I highly recommend Scott Collins and consider him to be the most professional real estate person I have ever dealt with.
