Charter One Realty also sponsors the Arts Center of Coastal Carolina, the building of Habitat homes in Bluffton and on Hilton Head Island, Osprey Village, Deep Well, Hilton Head Heroes, First Presbyterian Day School, and the Heritage Classic.

Charter One Realty has, in the past, purchased three (3) box trucks for Hilton Head Regional Habitat, and for the past three years, has made a major financial commitment to Hilton Head Volunteers in Medicine as a corporate Diamond Sponsor. Charter One Realty’s plans are to continue with this support of VIM in the future. Osprey Village is another organization that Charter One Realty generously supports, giving $15,000 over 2015 and 2016 for the purchase of two (2) box trucks and giving another $15,000 in 2017 - 2018 and 2019 - 2020.

Volunteers in Medicine Giving

For the past 30 years, the agents of Charter One Realty have been very involved in the local real estate industry. The president of the Hilton Head Area Association of REALTORS for numerous years has been a Charter One Realty agent. Also, Charter One Realty agents have been honored to be named REALTOR of The Year 8 times. Many of our agents are Ambassadors of the Island and Lowcountry. Most of the time, the REALTOR is the first person a prospective buyer meets and talks in detail about all the Island and Lowcountry has to offer, and what it means to live or own here. The Charter One Realty agents are involved in their industry, serving on many Boards such as Hilton Head Hospital, Hilton Head Chamber of Commerce, Hilton Head Symphony Orchestra, The Coastal Discovery Museum, Heroes on Horseback, Fellowship of Christian Athletics, Osprey Village, Memory Matters, Experience Green, and Hilton Head Regional Habitat for Humanity, to name a few. Charter One Realty agents have also been Elders and Deacons at local churches, and coaches of youth sports. Charter One Realty agents live here, work here, get involved here, and have a true love for our area. This commitment goes a long way in being able to help friends, family, and clients who are considering becoming part of our community. When you have a true love for what you do and the product you have to offer, it makes one’s job that much easier.
