I highly recommend Scott Collins and consider him to be the most professional real estate person I have ever dealt with. Over the years we have sold seven houses, dealt with as many real estate agents, but the experience with Scott was the best ever. Selling a home is always a stressful experience but Scott made it much less of one. He kept in contact with us from the very beginning, took the time to explain the market conditions, the current trend of buyers in our price range, the marketing strengths of his company and the strategies that would be used to interest and attract buyers. He was always available to answer questions and made us feel that we were his most important clients. Our house sold quickly thanks to Scott but an event that occurred just before closing on the sale of our home speaks volumes about his professionalism and caring nature. Due to some issues with our moving company, some items were left behind in the garage that needed to be disposed of but we had already left the area. Frantic, I called Scott the day before closing and explained the situation. Scott said not to worry about it. Two hours later the issue was resolved. Need I say more about why I recommend Scott.

Richard was very helpful with his knowledge of contractors and other service providers on Hilton Head. When we first purchased in 2014 through the sale of home in 2020 we occasionally called him for suggestions. The providers he gave us were always timely and competitive pricewise.

Randy Fix was incredible to work with on the purchase of my new home in Bluffton. When I started looking at homes, Randy was a patient and really listened to the needs and aspects that I wanted in my new home. He was able to provide great options and I was able to select a perfect home that checked every box. Besides being an all around super person, Randy is extremely knowledgeable about the area and was able to provide excellent guidance during the process. When we decided to sell our townhouse we interviewed a number of realtors. We were most impressed with the presentation and professional approach of the Reed team.
