Grace’s work career and personal life joyfully collided in Charleston. With big life changes comes one more adventure! Joe and Grace decided to build their forever home on Callawassie Island, created a husband and wife team, Coastal Carolina Fine Homes. The ability to provide a personalized, boutique touch while benefitting from the Lowcountry powerhouse presence Charter One has with buyers all around the Lowcountry is a winning combination that we are excited to provide our clients!
The experience gained from working through the 2009 market crash, the COVID market frenzy in 2020 and assisting hundreds of buyers and sellers, provides the expertise needed to skillfully and successfully negotiate and manage the real estate process.
The Lowcountry way of life is truly unlike any other and we are hoping our expanded family of seven children and grandchildren will find this area a great place to visit. Creating a balance between work and family with a passion for volunteering keeps us busy. Rotary, Habitat for Humanity and DragonBoat Beaufort will be Grace’s focus, as well as personal time on the water, golf course and learning pickleball.
