I asked Christina Forbis to handle the sale of my Port Royal home because I appreciated the way she represented the sellers when I bought my home and because I knew of her outstanding reputation in the community. My wife and I made the decision to move across the country from Arizona to Bluffton I the Spring of 2019.  Having a child still in high school made the window for this move quite small.  Diana Sroufe made this transition possible and provided us exactly what we needed.  We flew into town to look at homes on Easter weekend and Diana was awesome!  Not only did she show us what we wanted to see....even though she knew we would not pursue, but gave us insight and ideas as we viewed our first few homes together.  Diana listened and immediately came up with additional homes to view based on our criteria.

Drew made the process of finding the right property very easy, especially because we were not local.  His knowledge of the "personality" of each area in the HH region was especially useful.  Most helpful was his ability to identify properties coming available before listing which allowed us a first mover advantage - always a plus in real estate transactions.  Drew and his assistant, Kim, couldn't have been more helpful and accommodating since we were out of town during and subsequent to the closing.  They both acted as our true agent and helped make the entire transaction seamless!

If I have the opportunity to recommend real estate professionals to others I will certainly steer them to Drew and Kim!

Hilton Head and surrounding area is fortunate to have Charlie Reed and the Reed family as long time residents and contributing members to our local community. My father lived in South Carolina and had to move back to Indiana in a short time. Ric not only listed my father's South Carolina house, but has been an incredible source of local information in the process. There was repair need to get the house on the market, and Ric stepped up with excellent contacts in the local area to help with the work at a more than reasonable cost.  Ric has kept the lines of communication in this rather challenging process open, and his help  is the only thing that has made it possible for us to sell this house while living 800 miles away. David Carroll is a realtor who will always exercise the utmost integrity for either the buyer or the seller. He is a very hard worker to make any deal happen.

Working with Sabrina was the highlight of my moving experience. I was only able to visit houses with her for one day, but she made the most of that time and was really able to home in on exactly what I wanted. Over the next couple of months, as I worked to sell my home in New Jersey, Sabrina sent me emails of current listings tailored to every detail I had mentioned during our one day together. Our experience with the Delchers in buying a new home and then selling ours was terrific! We decided to check out the real estate market in Berkeley Hall, where we were currently living, and called the Delchers about a listed home.  We chose the Delchers because of their fine reputation in the real estate market in our area. However, that particular home did not turn out to be the home for us.  We did not need to move, so we told Duke and Linda we only wanted something we fell in love with.

They called a few weeks later and said they’d found the perfect house for us .......and it was!  We’re now the proud new owners of that property.

Next came the sale of our current home.  Linda and Duke were so helpful.  Their marketing strategies were terrific. They made a lovely brochure featuring the various rooms and amenities of our home.  A number of agents showed our home, and within a short time we had an offer.

Linda also was very helpful in guiding us through the closing process, the property inspections, and finding us a move manager who also found us a mover.  Once the ball was rolling, the whole process was seamless! 

We would strongly recommend the Delchers to anyone in the Bluffton/ HiltonHead  area planning to buy or sell a home.
