Joe is a US Coast Guard licensed captain and avid golfer now living his best possible life; enjoying all that the low country has to offer for an active outdoor lifestyle while assisting others in identifying, prioritizing and achieving those same goals.
Joe, a recently licensed real estate professional, works closely with his wife, Grace, a 20-year success story as a real estate Broker Associate, a perennial Top Producer and Designated Luxury Specialist as the Coastal Carolina Fines Homes Team. Together with Grace, he especially enjoys visits to the area by all seven children and the growing roster of grandchildren they share between them while working with her to understand the objectives and set the stage to match for life’s next chapter with buyers and sellers from all around the country.
A 30-year resident of South Carolina, Joe grew up in Ft. Worth, Texas and attended Texas Tech University graduating in 1984 with a degree in mechanical engineering. Following graduation, Joe enjoyed a successful career rooted in technical sales/marketing and upper management roles in corporate America which led him to Connecticut enroute to the deep south and South Carolina. In 2007, he founded a construction services business which he exited in 2015 and attempted retirement. In the ensuing years Joe found himself, over and over, engaged in a series of successful renovations and sales of residential and commercial properties as well as playing a supporting role in the construction of his forever home on Callawassie Island in low country; clearly a natural in real estate and construction.
