Isabel Hahn

Having grown up on Hilton Head and attended Hilton Head Prep in Sea Pines, the Hilton Head and Bluffton area has always been home. Much of my adult life has been spent raising a family with my husband, including our three boys, and helping build and grow a successful local business from the ground up.

Over the years, I've watched Bluffton transform from a small town into one of the fastest-growing communities in the Southeast. Having experienced that growth firsthand gives me a unique perspective on the neighborhoods, schools, waterways, and lifestyle that continue to attract people to our area. As the parent of a child with special needs, I've also gained a unique appreciation for the importance of community, patience, adaptability, and finding the right fit for every family's needs.

I've held a South Carolina real estate license since 2006 and have remained connected to the industry for nearly 20 years. My experience helping build and operate a successful business has taught me the importance of communication, organization, and attention to detail. I'm known for being responsive, straightforward, and the person who likes to have a plan before everyone else realizes they need one.

When I'm not working, you'll usually find me enjoying much of what the Lowcountry has to offer, whether that's boating, shrimping, fishing, spending time at the beach, exploring Daufuskie, or enjoying fresh local seafood with my husband and our three boys. I also enjoy trying new restaurants, traveling, and prioritizing fitness and nutrition. I feel incredibly fortunate to live where I do and enjoy sharing everything that makes the Lowcountry such a special place to call home.
