Hi Marisa, I want you to know how much we appreciate everything you and Dianna have done for us to help our daughter Stacy relocate to Bluffton. We engaged Alec Smith to be our Realtor because he was referred to us by very good friends living on Callawassie Island. All I can say is wow!!! I was trying to sell my parents' home following their passing and was very concerned and worried. Tom has been our realtor since 2016 when we were first time home buyers to getting us into our forever home this past July! He is like another father to us when looking at houses and if he sees anything that looks fishy he points it out right away! We have experience with buying 2 homes with Tom and selling our first home with Tom. Linda was fantastic helping us find the right home for us and really good with recommendations for all the services we would require to get settled in properly. She made us feel so comfortable which really helped us relax and make a good decision. Duke and Linda helped negotiate a deal that was satisfactory to both parties. Were a little disappointed they were not more attentive to the inspection. Also, a little less attentive after the close but overall, we are very happy with our new home and the job they did to get us here.

We recently listed our vacation rental condo with Shelley and Gary, and it was a fantastic experience! We were kicking around the idea for a while and decided to test the water since it seemed like prices might have been going up and we figured we would see what happens.
