Michelle is such a pleasure to work with. She helped me in selling my condo and we 'beat' the average time on market by months. She is attentive and patient, knows the real estate market broader landscape and makes great suggestions on strategy for selling. Listens to every question without judgment and always has thoughtful answers. Without complaint she will jump in and handle anything that you may not know to do (she personally organized my condo for me for my pictures - which came out great). Alec Smith is very personable, a good listener and easy to work with. He is proactive and very knowledgeable of the local property market and contacts in the area. He kept us appraised of the status of the listing throughout the process and made recommendations to aid in selling the property. He sold our property when two other prior Realtors could not. Gary and Shelley make for an impeccable team. They compliment each other well and are fierce advocates for us as the sellers. They never missed anything and were always there to double-check and follow up and make sure that things went smoothly. Sanders was an absolute 10 out of 10. From the first email Sanders responsiveness was top notch. I think I maybe had one call that wasn’t picked up after the 3rd ring. He is friendly, patient and will take the time to get to know you and help you find the right house. He is not a pushy agent…he gives you honest responses and helps you understand the pro’s/con’s of areas and homes. Sanders is incredibly knowledgeable about the Hilton Head area as he grew up there plus he draws on the experience of his father Richard who has been an agent in the area for decades. Sanders was also invaluable in helping us transition into the area, introducing us to local vendors and personally helping us with the house. I strongly recommend Sanders and have to many close friends.
Duke (especially with his background) and Linda have an excellent grasp of the condition of the real estate market in gated communities. Both Linda and Duke are responsive and provide frank information on the market and what should or should not be done to sell your property.
