Raised in an Air Force family, Jill understands firsthand the challenges of relocation and moving to a new community. From her roots as a fourth generation Floridian to time spent living across the country, including Alaska, she brings a unique perspective to clients relocating to Hilton Head and Bluffton. Her personal experience allows her to guide buyers and sellers with clarity and confidence, whether they are searching for a primary residence, second home, or investment property in the Lowcountry.

Jill earned her Bachelor of Engineering degree in Operations Research and Industrial Engineering from Cornell University, giving her a strong analytical foundation that sets her apart in the Hilton Head and Bluffton real estate markets. She went on to found and lead a successful software company while building an impressive real estate investment portfolio that includes oceanfront condos in North Carolina and Florida, as well as rental properties in Raleigh, where she lived for more than 30 years. Her investment background makes her an invaluable resource for clients seeking income producing properties, vacation homes, and long-term real estate opportunities in the Lowcountry.

In 2021, Jill transitioned into real estate full time on Amelia Island, Florida, quickly becoming a top producing agent.
