A lifelong Beaufort native, Lee brings deep local knowledge, decades of real estate experience, and a genuine passion for the Lowcountry to every client relationship. After attending Clemson University, he returned home and began his real estate career in 1991, building a reputation for professionalism, integrity, and results.
Early in his career, Lee spent nine years with Alcoa of South Carolina as part of the sales team for Dataw Island, one of the Lowcountry's premier private residential communities. There, he gained extensive experience marketing luxury properties and lifestyle-focused communities featuring championship golf, tennis, fitness amenities, and marina access.
One of the most rewarding chapters of Lee's career was working alongside The Nature Conservancy and the South Carolina Department of Natural Resources on the acquisition of North Williman, Old Combahee, and Buzzard Islands. These significant conservation projects helped complete the protection of the ACE Basin, one of the largest and most successful coastal conservation efforts in the United States and a model for environmental stewardship.
Today, Lee is a consistent multi-million-dollar producer, representing both residential and commercial clients throughout Beaufort and the surrounding Lowcountry. His commitment to understanding his clients' goals, combined with his extensive market knowledge and decades of experience, allows him to provide trusted guidance to buyers, sellers, and investors alike.
