Michelle Garbade (formerly Elliott) is a REALTOR® with Charter One Realty, specializing in Hilton Head Island, Bluffton, and the greater Lowcountry. Known for her strategic approach, deep market knowledge, and calm guidance, Michelle helps buyers and sellers make confident real estate decisions at every stage of life.

Born and raised in Charlotte, North Carolina, Michelle’s background in banking and finance provided a strong foundation for her transition into real estate after relocating to Hilton Head. Her analytical mindset, paired with a genuine love of community, allows her to deliver both thoughtful counsel and service.

Michelle served as President of the Hilton Head Area REALTORS® Association in 2025 and currently serves as Immediate Past President, continuing her commitment to leadership, advocacy, and the advancement of the profession.

When she’s not working with clients, Michelle enjoys spending time with her family, exploring the Lowcountry lifestyle, and scuba diving. She is passionate about giving back to the community she calls home and takes pride in building relationships rooted in trust, integrity, and care.
