Michelle Gibbons

I was born and raised in Huntington, West Virginia, and attended Marshall University before being drawn to the South Carolina Lowcountry in the mid-1990s. What began on Hilton Head Island eventually led me to Beaufort, where I fell in love with its natural beauty, charm, and sense of tranquility—and ultimately found my home.

Life in Beaufort has been truly extraordinary. As an entrepreneur, I’ve had the opportunity to build a fulfilling career doing work I love. I’ve owned and operated two businesses, each rooted in a shared purpose: creating meaningful experiences and genuine connection. The first was an ecotourism and kayak business, and the second a personal training studio—both centered on growth, fulfillment, and serving people in a thoughtful, personal way.

Through these experiences, I learned the importance of truly understanding each individual—listening closely, identifying needs, and guiding clients toward positive outcomes. Working with people and for people is where I thrive, and it’s what I’m most passionate about. That same philosophy carries seamlessly into real estate, where collaboration, trust, and insight are essential to helping clients find not just a house, but the right place to call home.

I live in Beaufort with my two incredible children, Maxwell and Vivienne, and our cat, Comet. As a family, we’re deeply grateful to call this community home. We enjoy kayaking, hiking the trails at Hunting Island, biking the Spanish Moss Trail, and spending time at the beach—embracing the Lowcountry lifestyle we love.
