What do I know about selling Real Estate? I started selling Real Estate full time in 1996 with Coldwell Banker Hickok and Boardman Realty in Burlington, Vermont. Within two years I became one of the top-producing agents in the state. I have been and remain a full time high performing Real Estate agent. In 2003 I joined the development team Renaissance Communities as the exclusive representative for the Islands of Beaufort and The Retreat at White Rock Mountain in Lewisburg, West Virginia. I have also sold and marketed the Greenbrier Sporting Club, Bull Point Plantation and I launched Overlook at Battery Creek. I know how Real Estate is sold in this area and I know how it is done in other markets. As a constant student of my business, I hold many designations including Certified Distressed Property Expert, E-Pro, Accredited Buyers Representative and several others including being one of only a few Global Luxury agents in this area. The Global Luxury designation is given for the knowledge about and success in selling high-end property. I have experience selling property from a few thousand dollars to several million. This is a rapidly changing business driven by technology, market conditions and changing attitudes about owning Real Property. When you choose an agent, you want one that understands these changes along with an overall knowledge of financing, negotiating, construction, contracts and zoning. I take pride in my knowledge and experience.
