After a rewarding 24-year career in education and more than 18 years as a licensed North Carolina real estate broker, Olga Fairbanks is bringing her passion for helping others to the Lowcountry. Recently licensed in South Carolina, she is dedicated to guiding clients through one of life’s most important decisions with confidence, care, and expertise.

Olga’s background in education shaped her into the agent she is today. Originally from South Florida and a proud University of Florida graduate, Olga made the Carolinas her home more than 20 years ago, first planting roots in the beautiful mountain community of Boone/Blowing Rock before eventually finding her way to the coast. She and her husband Jay raised their two children in the Carolinas, and she has developed a deep appreciation for the region’s diversity — from the Blue Ridge Mountains to the charm and natural beauty of the Lowcountry.

When she’s not working with clients, you’ll find Olga on the water with Jay, traveling, cheering on her favorite football teams, or celebrating her son’s recent graduation from NC State and enjoying visits from her daughter, a senior at UNC Chapel Hill. With Jay being a general contractor, the two share a love of scouting properties and envisioning new builds — making real estate truly a way of life for the Fairbanks family.
