Austin Stokes was raised in the Atlanta area and was introduced to Beaufort when he attended Marine Corps recruit training at Parris Island. As a Marine, he spent a large portion of his career in the southern California area. He eventually obtained his real estate license and became a Military Relocation Professional designated Realtor. Austin and his family would spend their vacations in Beaufort visiting their relatives and fell in love with the area. It’s no surprise that when Austin was due to receive military orders, Beaufort was at the top of their list.
Austin brings ten years of real estate experience as an agent and investor to Beaufort. He thoroughly understands the needs of military families and how to navigate the VA loan process. Austin is also eager to assist fellow real estate investors in finding unique income properties in the Lowcountry.
Austin is in the twilight of his military career at Parris Island. He spends his off time with his wife, Rachael, and their two children, Savannah and Austin Jr. He enjoys fishing, coaching baseball, and rehabbing houses.
