David Hill has more than twenty years of real estate sales and marketing experience and is recognized in the local business community as “A Trusted Professional” who practices honesty and integrity while successfully meeting the needs of his clients. He has an extensive knowledge of the Vacation and Long-Term rental markets which lends a unique perspective to aid those buying and selling investment real estate in the Hilton Head Island and surrounding Low Country. Originally from Cincinnati, Ohio, David and his wife Linda made the decision in 1996 to leave the hustle and bustle of the Baltimore/Washington Area and move south to their favorite vacation destination of Hilton Head Island. Since arriving they have lived in Hilton Head Plantation and enjoyed raising their two sons on the island. David also enjoys giving back to this wonderful community he proudly calls home. He has been a deacon, elder and committee member at his local church and has also served on the Board of Directors, the Booster Club and as a Basketball Coach at Hilton Head Christian Academy. He and his wife also support the local chapters of Fellowship of Christian Athletes and Young Life.
