Daniel and Debbie are an amazing real estate team. Daniel quickly accessed our needs and identified a number of properties that met our investment criteria. In addition, his contacts enabled us to do a quick renovation and secure a great property manager that to date have been extremely beneficial. Debbie was extremely helpful in a number of logistical areas including helping dealing with attorneys and out of state tax issues related to the property. We started a search for Hilton Head properties a few months ago when we were connected to Daniel and Deb Cort. When I spoke to Daniel he listened to exactly what I was looking for and what I wanted to do. He offered up his suggestions as a friend would when helping you to make a decision. My wife and I immediately felt very comfortable with his tremendous knowledge of the Island and the best places to look. He was able to walk us through properties while we were in FL and his attention to detail was amazing as we bought a property without actually walking through it. We were able to do this because of the trust and faith we quickly put in him and his team. When we started the process of the offer and negotiation, his wife Deb took over and her attention to detail and follow up was AMAZING. Again, we were doing this from 4 hours away and needed someone to represent us as they would a family member. That is truly what they have become to us. We then got a number of suggestions from them on handymen and rental agents and they have all been spot on. I can't give enough of a 5 star rating here as I would love to give more. They treated us like family and when you are making a large purchase it can be overwhelming. They truly went the extra mile to do more than asked!

What a journey we’ve been on the last year! We knew that we needed to downsize but we also wanted a nice garden for Lisa.
