Duke Delcher began his real estate career in Southern New Jersey in 1985, gaining hands-on experience and learning the business from the ground up. Early on, he recognized that real estate is about building relationships and providing exceptional service. After establishing a highly successful brokerage in New Jersey, he was invited to join the Belfair Development Group, helping launch their Bluffton, SC community.
His passion for real estate development led him to work with some of the Lowcountry’s premier communities, including Berkeley Hall, Hampton Hall, and Hampton Lake. After years in development, Duke returned to general brokerage, allowing him to work directly with clients —his true passion. Partnering with his wife, Linda Delcher, they built a business rooted in market expertise and outstanding service. In September 2013, they proudly aligned their real estate practice with Charter One Realty.
Beyond real estate, Duke has had an illustrious golf career, competing at the highest levels. He represented the United States on the 1997 Walker Cup Team, played in 6 decades of USGA and International championships, and competed in the U.S. Open. The same dedication, discipline, and commitment that led to his success in golf is the same level of dedication he brings to his real estate career, ensuring every client receives exceptional service.
Originally from Philadelphia, Duke has always had a love for sports, particularly golf, football, and horse racing. His dedication to the community is evident through his service on the Heritage Foundation Board of Trustees and as co-founder of the Players Amateur Golf Tournament.
With decades of experience, a competitive drive, and an unwavering commitment to his clients, Duke Delcher continues to be a trusted name in Lowcountry real estate.
