With in-depth knowledge of the new construction process, coupled with exceptional contract and negotiation skills, Jennifer is a trusted advocate for her clients. She excels in listing properties, leveraging her expertise in staging, digital design, and marketing to ensure every home she represents is camera-ready and attracts the right buyers. Additionally, Jennifer specializes in videography and personally oversees the production of high-quality videos for all her listings.

Since launching her real estate career in January 2017, Jennifer has achieved over $80 million in sales. Her outstanding performance has earned her numerous accolades, including the HBA Sales and Marketing Council’s On-site Gold Agent of the Year award, as well as multiple Silver, Gold, and Platinum Citation awards. Jennifer holds a B.A. in Communication and Media Studies with a Minor in Music from Columbia College in South Carolina. Before entering real estate, she built a diverse professional background in human resources, government affairs, digital marketing, and media relations—skills that now serve her clients exceptionally well.

In her personal time, Jennifer enjoys creating lasting memories with her husband and two children. A talented musician, she expresses her creativity through singing, songwriting, digital music composition, and playing the piano.
