My love for property grew by owning land, managing and owning short and long term rentals in NY and CT, performing house closings on the side and obtaining my NYS Appraiser license in 2006. In 2017, I explored vacation rentals down south and we ultimately found our forever home in Hilton Head Island. I began my Real Estate Salesperson career with Limited Editions Realty located in Cold Spring, NY. My enthusiasm for real estate grows with every one of my customers and clients. Working with Sabrina was the highlight of my moving experience. I was only able to visit houses with her for one day, but she made the most of that time and was really able to home in on exactly what I wanted.
