Tim Tantillo

I have called Beaufort, South Carolina home since 2011. I graduated from the College of William and Mary with a Bachelor of Business Administration degree and spent the next 35 years working as a senior finance and operations executive at some of the world’s largest multinational companies and in private equity. Most recently I was the Group Chief Operating Officer for one of the largest global Insurtech businesses and lived in Hong Kong.

Since the early 2000’s I have bought and sold many residential and commercial properties in the Beaufort area. In addition, my experience executing transactions and “getting things done” made a perfect transition to real estate.

I live on Lucy Creek on Lady’s Island with my wife Elaine. We have 4 children and 3 grandchildren who keep us very busy. I enjoy working out at CrossFit Humidity in Beaufort which helps keep me young.
