Whether you are buying or selling, Diana Sroufe is the “go to” realtor in Bluffton and the Lowcountry! In our case, she hit home runs for us on both the buy- and sell-side. We recently sold our house with Drew Butler. The process was very successful from start to finish. Drew brought the data which made the pricing decision easy, his suggestions to “ready” the house for buyers was effective and not overly complicated. We had early showings and a buyer in several days at full price. Drew and his assistant, Kim Burke, were helpful through the inspection and follow-up. They were great at communications right up through the closing. It is extremely helpful that Drew knows Indigo Run and all the reasons it is the place to be on Hilton Head.

Finding a realtor while home hunting from out of town can be challenging, however, Hannah made the process easy. When we decided to move to Hilton Head, we were told the only real estate agents to use were the Reed Team. After buying and selling four properties using them, we couldn’t agree more.
They know the market extremely well. In addition, they really tried to learn our goals, and then match properties to meet those goals. Our first property was an ocean front house, that we rented for 3 years until we tore it down to build our dream house. The advice we were given by the Reed Team during that time proved to be right on. The other transactions were for investment reasons, and they all exceeded our goals as well.
There are three things we especially liked about dealing with the Reed Team; first, they would tell us exactly how they felt about a property, and actually steered us away from some we liked. Secondly, they have a very practical, common sense approach about real estate deals. And thirdly, they worked hard on building long-term relationships, they weren’t just transaction processors. They stayed very involved during escrow and way past the closings, ensuring that the deal got done to our satisfaction.
